for an unacceptably long time. it has come to our attention that there is a fault that is routing calls to non-existent extensions that do not ring in reception. calls are also regularly getting cut off, sometimes after a long wait. we have reported this to our supplier and hope it will be fixed soon. there are inevitably long waits during peak times so if you can, please avoid calling between 8:30 and 10am. thank you for your patience. evening and weekend appointments available from 1 october 2018 wake green surgery will be able to offer extended access to appointments at our local extended access hub, which is based at hall green health centre. there will be evening and weekend appointments available for patients registered at several local practices. the appointments are with leaflet gabapentin & pregabalin from april 1 2019, gabapentin and pregabalin will be classified as schedule 3 controlled drugs under the misuse drugs regulations 2001, and class c of the misuse of drugs act 1971. these medications can therefore, no longer be sent electronically to your pharmacy and you will need to collect your prescription from the surgery. we have had to take the necessary steps to facilitate this change with immediate effect due to clinical system updates. national diabetes audit this gp practice is taking part in an important national project about diabetes care and
